this is the SongHua River 松花江. this part of the river is not frozen all year round cos there's a hydro-something there. thus, the water will be in constant motion and hence, will not freeze.

the orange's me. the green's my sis. we're supposed to go up and slide down. haha. it was fun!!

my face was frozen stiff cos the snow keeps splashing up on my face as i was going down. but other than my face, i was VERY hot. in fact, i was sweating. haha.

my sis and i skied for the first time in our lives. i screamed like crazy. and i wasn't even at the slope yet! i was only on normal, flat ground. haha. the tour guide, driver, the male from the younger couple, another tour guide and my mum were all around me. ah haha. i'm lousy. lolx.

i think i look good in mid-calf boots. keke. that's my mum posing with us even though she didn't ski. my dad and her are scared of falling down and breaking bones. they are afterall, nearing 50. haha. speaking of which, i didn't fall down at all!!!! yea~!!!!

that's the coach's window. think it's water? nope!!! it's ICE!!! they call it 霜. the tour guide there is onli 18 years old. my age. so she sabo-ed me. she asked this riddle: 有黑有白的动物叫什么? we all replied: 斑马. but she said, "这不是我要问的问题。" she continued, "有黑有白有红的动物叫什么?" i heard of this riddle before but i cant remember the answer!!! she said if no one knows the answer, i'll have to sing a song with her!!! man!!! no one guessed the answer. it's 害羞的斑马. ok. so i hafta sing with her. but being the shy girl i am, i did not open my mouth at all. haha. indeed, i am a 害羞的斑马.

went back to 长春, ate dinner and went to sleep. there was NOTHING on tv. all political news. and occasional big sweep results and china shows. they are so boring that it is better for me to turn off the tv. haix...
