oh yea baby~!!! im online again~!!! haha. my main purpose of this post is to complain. so please bear with me. i wanna complain about work. haha. suddenly my typing speed increased a lot. think i am deprived of blogging ba. then my fingers suddenly become so active. wahaha~!!! lame.
yesterday, i was so pissed. haha. there is this Patient 1. firstly, she wanted to take some medications only and not the rest (this is called partial collection). so after clarifying with her all the details, i gave her her Q number. then, as she was about to leave the Q counter, she turned and told me that she wanted to collect all her medication. ok. so i cancelled whatever i wrote before and passed her Service Chit to the pickers to key in and pick her medication. then, 10 minutes later, she came back and told me that she wanted some medication and not the rest again. WALAO~!!! what is this? the medicine was already packed for her la~!!! so i had to run to the back to tell the pickers that she wanted only some medicines now. everyone sigh-ed and "su-sah"-ed. i want to say to Patient 1, please make up your mind, ok? as if we are very free to redo our work...
And then, there is this Patient 2. he came in during lunch time. as it is stated, it is LUNCH TIME. we workers have to take our break and rest, ok? Patient 2 came in during lunch time. he waited for about 10 minutes and he came to me and asked curtly and demandingly why we were taking so long. ok Mr Patient 2, it is LUNCH TIME. it is because we want to provide good service to our patients that's why we have this staggering lunch time system. actually, by RIGHT, the pharmacy is closed during lunch time. but by left, we didn't. so it is understandable that we would be slower than normal cos of the shortage of manpower (colleagues were having lunch then). we are already doing a big service by opening our Pharmacy though it is lunch time, Mr Patient 2. and what's more, he waited for ONLY 10 minutes. during clinic peak hours, patients have to wait for 1hour 30minutes ok?!?!?!?!
and for the ultimate, Mr Patient 3. it is standard protocol to ask for the patient's name when they come in to verify that it is indeed that patient and that he is not holding on to the wrong Service Chit if not we would dispense the wrong medication to him. so i asked Mr. Patient 3 what his name was. he answered a rude "WHY?!". i explained to him that it is standard protocol. just like when you answer the phone, you would start off with a "hello". then, even AFTER explanation, Mr. Patient 3 answered "ONLY STUPID PEOPLE ASK THIS QUESTION" and walked away without taking his Q number. LIKE WHAT THE #%&@^?!?!?!?!?! you think you very big arh? i tell you, if i wasn't putting on the "National Healthcare Group Polyclinic - Trainee" badge, i would have walked up to Mr. Patient 3 and give him a piece of my mind. so rude~!!!!
oh well. *breathes in and out*
i'm done complaining. haha.

oh YES! i completed the 2 files that were given to me to read. heh. i feel happy =)
tomorrow is street E. oh man~!!!! so exciting~!!! haha. though i am unable to go, cos i am unable to take leave, i will still pray that God will be in the center of everything and that everything will go on smoothly! haha. not so sad anymore =) 0o0o0oh~!!!
and i am able to internet sms at work~!!!! WAHAHA~!!! provided no one is looking la. must do it discreetly~!!! heh... so happy. but i cant check my phone for replies la. lolx. so it's kinda like a one-sided conversation.
saturday is Hari Raya. zhiwei asked me to take leave so that can go wilson's house to stayover. but the thing is, if i take leave.... for what?!?! i'm not going to celebrate what. keke. but anyway, i'm quite sad that the PH has to be on a Saturday. it should have been on a weekday! like that more hua for me. although i earn less, but i don't really mind to have a day of rest, know? sigh.... what to do?
my sister asked me some chem questions and i replied her just like THAT without really thinking la! after explaining it to her, i felt like a genius! well, actually, i AM one~!!! wahaha~!!!
oh man!!! it's 300 more days to my 20th birthday!!! 300 more days to me saying byebye to teenage-hood eternally... 300... 300... 300... the movie is nice.
