• Six of IKEA's Swedish meatballs clock in 210 calories and 13g fat!!!
• The lingonberry sauce that comes with the meatballs and the cream sauce that comes over them aren't too bad - a tablespoon of each has about 30-35 calories an 0-1.5g fat.
• But those potatoes on the plate add a lot more calories!!!
• BTW, the cinnamon buns have 400 calories and 14g fat each!!!!!!!! *faints*

ok, story goes... Man Utd was losing 2-1 when i went on soccernet! my heart sank as i read the scoreline. i actually took a few moments to register that Aston Villa were leading. then, when reality sank in, i started to pray. it was tough for the first 15minutes (as in 60th to 75th min). all the praying and... no goal! get what i mean? i started to be discouraged. not another "L"?! sobx sobx...

then... suddenly... in the 80th min, Ronaldo EQUALISED~!!!! 2-2~!!! my goodness~!!!

the prayers continued, with more enthusiasm and life this time round. one more goal! one more! let us win! ugly win also never mind. it is still a win!, i prayed. and then... oh my! oh my! oh my... Macheda scored the winning goal in the 93rd minute~!!! i couldn't believe my eyes when that yellow dot blinked! (soccernet gamecasters should understand this). oh my! oh my! oh my~!!!! fyi, this was Macheda's DEBUT can?!?!?! and he's only 17. and he scored the winning goal?!?! so impossible man~!!! oh my! oh my! oh my~!!!!!!!

and THAT was it! we won~!!!! hahahahahaahhahahahaah..... paiseh... i'm still a little high!

lessons learnt:

1. pray hardest when it is hardest to pray. it is always hard when nothing good comes your way despite all the praying. persevere on...
2. ...have faith! If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there', and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. (Matt 17:20, NKJV)
3. nothing is impossible for God, with God.
4. God listens to all our prayers, no matter how big or how small they are, even if it is about soccer (esp. Man Utd =P).
5. stay connected to the Vine. He is the source of Life! source of everything! even soccer!

cool huh? a game of soccer can reveal so much to me! Our God is an awesome God!
