Mark Lee cheated my feelings. I really thought Chong Qing will win. He is really deserving of the award. Look at how hot Aunty Lucy is now! Sobx. Why did Elvin Ng win? He didn't really improve much seriously. Sigh. Guo Liang also has made significant improvements as shown on Bao Liao Hei Mei Gui what. Really a breakthrough for him. Oh man. Elvin Ng?!?!? Sigh. Ok. This is so depressing. Things aren't going my way and it sucks big time. My poor Man U has just crashed out. What the heck?!? This is will be it. How depressing. Maybe I might consider wearing another jersey if Cruise decides to do so too. Easier for our future as well you see. This is just so depressing. Woke up to such bad news. I still can't stomach it. I still can't digest it. Let me have an avenue to vent it out, alright? You may stop reading this post. It's totally fine. I will not blame you. I need to whine!!! Haha.
Things have been taking a toil on me. All the 8pms just killed me, seriously. I slept at 11am yesterday! Like... Wow! I know. You are shocked. Slept all the way til 8 just now.. That means, 9 hours straight! Haha. I was tired.
I don't like. I don't like. I don't like.
Next few weeks all the way til after exams and on to attachment is gonna be tough, again. Attachments are never easy. Never. What's more! We're going OT this time round. The stress level's gonna increase exponentially. Add case studiessss onto the made rush to pass our skills in clinicals and the busyness of the profession.. Result? A chui chui chui sze who is sure she'll miss at least one session of life group and service. Oh! Did I mention I'll b doing night shifts this sem too? Whatever. I will start having hormonal imbalances and a topsy turvey sleep cycle. Gosh! I think I'm gonna age alot soon. Help!!!
And oh! I still have exams before the horrid attachments.
This is so depressing. That's why I needa chill with Liling weiling and clara later on. Girls, bring it on!

** Lab ! **
Lab sessions can be so fun... at times...
We learnt how to
(i) make a cast, and
(ii) walk with crutches
that day.
Walking with crutches is NOT simple I tell you! Ok. I just do NOT have a flair for it. Singee however, has a natural talent for it! I kid you not.
(i) Cast-Making
How to apply a cast....
Step 1: Apply a stockinet.
Step 2: Cotton wool bandage over the stockinet.
Step 3: Wet the plastered roller bandage in water and bandage (above).
Step 4: Wait for it to harden.
Tadah! My short cast. Helping ALCNS save money you see...
How to remove the cast...
Slow method: Cut! Using the very blunt cast scissors.
Faster method: Just unwind the bandage before the plaster hardens.
(ii) Crutches
Going down the stairs is easy. The tough part is going UP.
I laughed til i cried during this session! It was just hilarious to see everyone struggling with the crutches! Me? Don't remind me. I fell backwards while climbing up the stairs. Thank goodness Melissa (Madu Pal) and Adora were there to support me! LOL!
